Villa Mot Mot has two floors that each have separate entrances.
The top floor has one bedroom with two queen beds. There is also a pull out trundle style day bed in the living room to sleep two people. There is a kitchen and a large wrap around deck that looks out onto the ocean and has daily visits from the families of monkeys in the area. The veranda is covered for outside dining and seating, including a hammock and a BBQ. The villa is located in a private gated property in a rainforest that has its own private beach, the only of its kind in the area.
The bottom floor is a studio apartment with a king size bed, a wet bar and a large jacuzzi tub. Perfect for couples! It also has a small deck for watching the sunset. Both floors have cable TV and VCR, microwaves, "rainfall" showers and hairdryers in the bathrooms.
Both units have WIFI and telephones and safes for your convenience.
Villa Mot Mot is situated in the forest, like a tree house with beautiful views of the ocean. The Mot Mot is a local, elusive bird that frequents our house. In the past we had included breakfasts for our guests, but do to the fact that the restaurant has closed, we can no longer offer that. Also we have not raised our rates in over three years. There are breakfasts, lunches and drinks that are available to buy at the beach. Our on site manager Diego will take you to the local store where you can purchase breakfast and food items, as well as recommend nearby places to eat. We also offer WIFI and telephone service for your convenience.
Tulemar, (the private gated, 33 acre retreat that our house is located in) has a private beach for it’s guests and a infinity pool . Both units have balcony’s where we have visits daily from all the animals you will find in Manuel Antonio’s National, Park, Monkeys, Toucan’s, Sloth’s, fabulous birds and many more. Plus our location offers gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets.
Tulemar is located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park, it is twenty-five cent bus ride in either direction to Quepos or in the other direction to Manuel Antonio National Park. It’s a five-minute walk to the local market. Some of the best restaurants in Manuel Antonio are located within walking distance.
