Beautifully furnished, modern and sophisticated 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath home. Fully outfitted with everything you need. The house combines chic design with natural light to create a comfortable environment. Situated behind the beautiful community garden, you can enjoy the lush plantings from the rooftop.

A most enjoyable area and 1 short block to the beach. This neighborhood is the perfect combination of city and beach. Also 1 block to Main St., and the hub of Santa Monica with it’s vibrant restaurants, cafes and shops. A 10-minute stroll takes you into Venice and Abbot Kinney St. to enjoy the best of each city.

$2500 to $5000 per week. There is an additional exit cleaning fee of $200-$250 and we require a refundable security deposit at the time of reservation. Call for monthly rates.
