Elegant hideaway just 1 block to beach and steps to the Venice Canals. Located at the nicest part of Venice Beach! 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

Master suite includes private outdoor patio which looks towards the Canals. Master has a beautiful spa like bath and walk in closet.  Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and bedroom 3 may be configured as king or 2 twin beds. Additionally, the den has a full size futon. Cooks kitchen with all top of the line appliances. Plenty of personal space around the house for everyone and the outdoors is magnificent. Outdoors wraps around front and side of house where there are 2 large tables for enjoying your meals. The front of house has beautiful seating areas and is completely secluded from for complete privacy. Outdoor shower for easy access when returning from beach. The house has an attached garage for 2 cars with laundry.

$3000 - $5000 per week. There is an additional exit-cleaning fee of $200-$250 and we require a refundable security deposit at the time of reservation. Call for monthly rates.
