The house offers many amenities, including a foosball table, bikes and beach supplies. 2 beautiful outdoor seating areas. Outdoor grill and 3 separate living areas so everyone in the group has plenty of personal space.

1 block to trendy Abbot Kinney district.  This modern 2500+ sq. ft. beach house provides the finest amenities. Located in the renowned artist community, surrounded by a vast array of cultural and entertainment amenities, with shopping, dining, art galleries and antique shops close by.  Head west just 2 short blocks to reach the Venice Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean. The nearby bike path parallels the Venice Beach Boardwalk and stretches North through Santa Monica and south to Redondo Beach.  The deep, white sandy beach offers volleyball, biking, basketball and just about every outdoor activity.

$3500 - $6500 per week. There is an additional exit cleaning fee of $200-$250 and we require a refundable security deposit at the time of reservation. Call for monthly rates.
